However, DiyLabs.ai does not guarantee outputs are unique or non-infringing, and you are responsible for assessing whether outputs may violate third-party rights, confidentiality obligations, or platform rules (such as advertising policies). Because AI outputs can be similar for different users and may reflect patterns learned from broad datasets, you should not treat outputs as proof of originality or legal clearance.

14. Enforcement, Suspension, and Termination

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the Services if you violate these Terms, pose a security risk, engage in abusive usage, or create legal exposure for DiyLabs.ai, our users, or third parties. Enforcement may occur with or without notice depending on severity, urgency, or legal requirements. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ends immediately. 16. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VudriX LLC and DiyLabs.ai will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from or related to your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim related to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the Services in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

17. Indemnification

18. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming and applicable U.S. federal law, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services will be brought in courts of competent jurisdiction located in Wyoming, USA, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction require otherwise.
